Ownership
Small Business Accounting Management and Entrepreneurship Review (SBAMER) (e-ISSN 2775-9261) is owned and published by Kantor Jasa Akuntansi IWW Utama (Institute for Digital Humanities and Social Science Journal), Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. The publisher provides the publication infrastructure, including the journal website (Open Journal Systems), DOI registration, and digital archiving.
Management
The journal is managed by an independent Editorial Team led by the Editor-in-Chief. The Editor-in-Chief and editors are responsible for the scientific content of the journal, the peer-review process, and all editorial decisions. The publisher does not interfere with editorial decisions.
- Editor-in-Chief – sets the editorial policy and makes the final decision on manuscripts.
- Editors – handle submissions, assign reviewers, and evaluate reviewer reports.
- Peer Reviewers – evaluate manuscripts through a double-blind review process (see Reviewers Team).
- English Language Editors and Technical Assistants – support language quality, layout, and website management.
Funding and Revenue Sources
SBAMER is a non-profit publication. Its operations are funded by the publisher and by the Article Processing Charge (APC) paid by authors after acceptance (see APC). Authors who are unable to pay may request a waiver. Payment of the APC has no influence on editorial decisions.
