POST-PUBLICATION DISCUSSIONS AND CORRECTIONS

SBAMER welcomes scholarly discussion of articles after publication. Readers who wish to comment on, question, or point out a possible error in a published article are encouraged to contact the editorial office.

How to Submit a Comment

  1. Send an email to editor.sbamer@dhsjournal.id with the subject “Post-publication comment – [article title]”.
  2. State the article title, volume, issue, and DOI, and explain your comment or concern clearly with supporting evidence.
  3. The editor will review the comment and, where appropriate, invite the authors to respond.

Possible Outcomes

  • Letter to the Editor / Response – a constructive comment and the authors’ reply may be published.
  • Correction – minor errors are corrected through an erratum or corrigendum linked to the article.
  • Expression of Concern or Retraction – serious problems are handled under the Withdrawal and Retraction Policy.

All comments must be respectful, relevant to the scientific content, and free of personal attacks. Anonymous comments will not be published.
